- Introduction
By visiting and using any section of the website dgeworld.com (the ‘Website’), and by registering for and attending the DGE iGaming Conference, you agree and acknowledge to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the ‘Terms’). These Terms apply to all participants, including attendees, speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors.
Dracula Events retains the full ownership of dgeworld.com and organizes the DGE iGaming Conference.
DGE reserve the right to change and/or to update the Terms and Conditions set forth herein, and any updated version can be accessed here, including the date on which these came into force.
Please diligently review the Terms and Conditions before accepting these. If you don’t agree to accept, in whole or in part, to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, do not register an account or continue using the Website. By continuing to use the Website, you indicate your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
In the event the Terms and Conditions are updated, if you continue to use our services after the amendments, we will consider these actions as your acknowledgment and agreement to the Terms and Conditions. By continuing, you will be entering into these Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
The Terms and Conditions will come into effect on August 7th, 2024.
- Registration and Payment
- All Participants must complete the registration form and pay the applicable fees.
- All registration fees must be paid in full prior to the conference date. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your registration.
- The registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, materials, and scheduled meals and refreshments, in accordance with the purchased package.
- The registration fees are non-refundable, except as outlined in Section 7, ‘Changes and Cancellations’
- Registration is transferable to another person within the same organization, if you are unable to attend at any stage. The transfer does not incur any additional costs. If you find yourself in such a situation, please notify us in writing and provide the details of the person who will replace you.
- Participants must be at least 18 years old to register for and attend the Conference.
- Proof of age may be required at the time of registration or upon entry to the Conference venue.
- Participants found to be under the age of 18 will be denied entry and their registration fees will not be refunded.
- Notification
- In the event that any information you have provided up is subject to change in the future, you are required to notify us promptly, but no later than 5 business days from the date of the change.
- Should any situation arise from the failure to notify the changes within the specified timeframe, DGE shall not be held liable.
- Intellectual Property Rights
- All content provided during the conference, including presentations, handouts, and digital materials, are the intellectual property of DGE or its content providers. This content cannot be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent from DGE.
- Participants are prohibited from recording, photographing, transmitting, streaming or distributing any conference sessions or presented content without prior authorization.
- Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of conference materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
- Participants may use the materials presented at the conference for personal use and reference only. Any commercial use of the content without explicit permission is not allowed.
- The Conference organizers reserve the right to use any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending the Conference, Participants consent to being photographed and recorded.
- The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed at the Conference are the property of their respective owners. Participants are not permitted to use these marks without prior written consent from the owner.
- If Participants wish to use any materials or content from the conference in their own work, they must seek permission from the original author or speaker and provide appropriate credit.
- The conference organizers are not responsible for the content or accuracy of presentations or materials provided by speakers. Any views expressed by speakers are their own and do not necessarily represent the views of the conference organizers.
- Code of Conduct
- Participants must adhere to a professional code of conduct. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- DGE reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these terms or engages in inappropriate behavior, without refund.
- Liability and Disclaimers
- DGE will not be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or participation in the conference.
- All materials provided during the conference are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. DGE does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information presented.
- Data Protection
- By registering for the conference, you agree to the collection, processing and use of your personal data for conference-related purposes. This includes sharing your contact information with sponsors and exhibitors for networking purposes.
- DGE will handle your data in compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations, ensuring that participants’ data is handled securely and responsibly.
- Participants agree to the potential use of their images or videos taken during the conference for promotional purposes.
- By attending the Conference, Participants explicitly consent to the use of their images or videos in which they may appear by DGE for promotional purposes.

- Use of Cookies

- Changes and Cancellations
- DGE reserves the right to make changes to the conference agenda, speakers, and venue, if necessary. Notice of any substantial changes will be provided as soon as possible.
- In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event. DGE is not responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred.
- Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will only be processed if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the event. An administrative fee may apply.
- Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the conference is held. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
- Force Majeure
- DGE will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure results from circumstances beyond DGE’s reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government restrictions.
